Over the years, I have accumulated a variety of recipes from many different “diets”. All of the ways that we ate in the past (from food group avoidance like gluten free, to GAPS, to Paleo, to Weston A.Price) have ultimately led us to the way we eat now: nutritious whole foods that we largely grow ourselves. I have tried to group these recipes by food categories for your convenience instead of by “diet”; each individual recipe should note if it is appropriate on a certain protocol like GAPS.
